Equipment and Installation

Each new customer purchases a $250 subscriber unit, which is the radio that connects your home to the SDWISP network. The subscriber unit is typically mounted outside in an inconspicuous location, such as under an eave. Professional installation is included at no additional charge. If a property requires unusual or custom work, any additional charges will be quoted and approved before work begins.

Billing and Service

Our internet service is billed prepaid quarterly through our Enterprise Billing System, with invoices sent by email. Your initial invoice will be prorated for the remaining time in the current quarter. Annual promotions may be available when paid by check or cash.

Router Choices

You are welcome to use your own compatible non-ISP-specific router. If you prefer a turnkey option, we also offer managed routers for an additional price. Router pricing depends on coverage needs and property layout. Please have the devices you want connected available during the install so we can confirm everything is working properly.
